  1. MHT CET 2024 Score Card / JEE 2024 (Main) Scorecard
  2. D.T.E. Allotment Letter
  3. Statement of marks obtained at SSC
  4. Statement of marks obtained at HSC
  5. School / College Leaving Certificate after passing HSC
  6. Certificate of Indian Nationality of the candidate.
  7. Domicile Certificate
  8. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  9. Transference Certificate (if applicable)
  10. Education Gap Affidavit on Stamp Paper of 100/- (if applicable)
  11. Passport size Photograph – 3 Nos.
  12. Bank Demand Draft towards the fees
